231,269 PointsThe mechanism is getting confused because it expects all of your work to be inside the <ul>. The conditional you surrounded the heading and div with is not needed because we know the list is not empty, but more importantly it's not part of the challenge instructions
Just in general, for the challenges always do only what the challenge asks for to avoid false negative results.
