Using flex box

When we should choose to use flex box instead of some other way of building web site?

Flex-box is up for recommendation by the W3C, so it could end up becoming a standard. Taking the time to learn flex-box is a good idea. Its well supported with vendor prefixes. I'd say use it. Learning how to use floats and positions is good though, just so you can see how much easier flex-box makes it :)
