Uploading img ...

When I put the img folder into my workspace, it doesn't upload the folder ... can anyone help or tell me what I'm doing or not doing ??

Not sure to be honest. Have you tried right-clicking inside of the file explorer of your workspace, select 'upload file', and in your file browser select all the files in the img folder? Might be a little bit more of a pain, but if the drag-and-drop isn't working, this method could work for you.
