It appears to show the follow code above my header on the live site:

39,021 PointsSo I can't tell if you meant to leave the opening < off or not, because of the way the Treehouse forum treats them, but either way, this looks like your meta tag. The way this should look in your code:
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0">
