57,712 PointsHi there,
On the opening splash screen, there's a "check for updates" at the bottom. You'll need to close any project to see that. Else, in one of the menus, there will be the option there.
I'm currently on v1.4.1 Build 141.2343393 (on a Mac)

57,712 PointsI don't pretend to understand the nature of such politics. Trying to do so makes it clear what a scary place the world can be.

57,712 PointsUpdating IDE's I can do. Lifting international sanctions? Not on a Thursday. ;-)

28,770 PointsThis is a little late, but if you haven't had a chance to find anything yet, this link may be a good start for finding installations that don't require an online presence:

57,712 PointsAh yes, for Windows, it'll be in there! Be prepared to wait a while as it downloads updates. Also, make sure you've got the SDK included in that too - that ensures you're using the latest Android kit.
