Unable to make a css file

I do not know why, but when I try to make a folder it does not let me. I am only able to make files. Help!

Are you using the Workspace? If so, there should be two ways to make folders: 1) right-click/two-finger-click on the side-left column and choose New Folder, 2) click on the File menu and choose "New Folder."

Are both of those methods not working for you?

Sometimes Workspaces will behave a bit like a temperamental toddler. Usually all you need to do is close it and wait a moment to reopen it, so I would suggest trying that first, if you haven't already.

Thanks guys! Both methods weren't working and restarting it wasn't working either. I have got it now, though.
