17,821 PointsUnable to Clear Step 2 of Challenge: Cannot find error in code.
Instructions ask to create a variable named"my_plugin_username" and assign it the escaped value of the "my_plugin_username" input field.
Here is my code:
$my_plugin_username = esc_html($_POST['my_plugin_username']);
Error message: You should pass the posted form element my_plugin_username into esc_html in order to sanitize it.
Am I not doing that?

Your code looks correct to me. Are you placing it inside of the if
statement that you created in the previous step?
