Unable to cancel tests running in "Using forEach" and unable to upload code for "Using method references"

After accidentally submitting a zipped file of my project instead of the submission generated by the Gradle task, I have been unable to cancel the tests running that will continuously lead me to a 504 Gateway Time-out. I tried clearing cookies and signing out, switching browsers, and switching computers with no luck.
