Hello,
I am after a recommendation for a font to use in regards to a beauty salon's website. I am considering Bodoni however I am open to suggestions.

9,995 PointsI took a look at the site. Hmmm ...their logo is very ornate.
So, you might stick with something simple and clean and current like Proxima Nova. Use shades and soft colors - that would be the "calm" you are looking for. (maybe gray and pink to compliment their green logo)
After you are finished with the wireframes make a style palette/style tiles. And play around with your fonts, colors, images etc so they all work together.

5,276 PointsBodoni could be nice.. Without seeing it in the site it is hard to answer.. You can also put different fonts on the site and take a screen shot of it. Comparing them will give you an idea of what works and what doesn't..

23,956 PointsI can't give the new design as Im still in the wire framing stage. The current website I am redesigning can be found at: http://www.ritualbeautytherapy.com
I was thinking of going for 'classy' hence the bodoni choice. But Im now leaning towards 'calm'.
Thanks

23,956 PointsYeah, their logo is a script which unfortunately can't be changed.
Don't get me wrong I am a huge fan of Proxima Nova, I just feel like combined with the script, Proxima Nova may be to heavy and cause some off balance. Yeah I completely agree with the colours, I'm thinking soft warm colours however only two or three max. She has a lot of images, all of which have a huge red case to them so going to have to neutralise these images first :(
Thanks
