Java Java Objects (Retired) Harnessing the Power of Objects Incrementing

Trying to use a while loop, get error that says "illegal start of type." What does this mean?

Am I starting the while loop incorrectly?

GoKart.java
public class GoKart {
  public static final int MAX_ENERGY_BARS = 8;
  private String mColor;
  private int mBarsCount;

  public GoKart(String color) {
    mColor = color;
    mBarsCount = 0;
  }

  public String getColor() {
    return mColor;
  }

  public void charge() {
    mBarsCount = MAX_ENERGY_BARS;
  }

  public boolean isBatteryEmpty() {
    return mBarsCount == 0;
  }

  public boolean isFullyCharged() {
    return mBarsCount == MAX_ENERGY_BARS;
  }

  while (!GoKart.isFullyCharged())   {
    mBarsCount = mBarsCount + 1;
  }

}

The while loop needs to be inside a method. In this case, the charge method:

  public void charge() {
    while(!isFullyCharged()) {
      mBarsCount++; //The increment operator is expected for this challenge.
    }
  }

Also, if you want explicitly refer to the instance of the object when calling a method, you'd use the "this" keyword:

  public void charge() {
    while(!this.isFullyCharged()) {
      mBarsCount++;
    }
  }

Thank you!
