Please let me know what I am doing wrong.

The code challenge asks you to insert a 'style' definition above the h1 (directly) and set the color to green, so you just need to modify the position a little as below.
'<body>' is the document element (page), all of your content html elements go inside here.

<style>
h1 { color:green; }
</style>
