I am trying to get ruby on rails working. I get through the process of installing ruby and sqllite and I am trying to test if ruby is running. I get to the part where I run the command C:\user\david\documents\testapp> bundle exec rails server and I get this error message

Could not find gem 'tzinfo-data <>= 0> x86-mingw32' in the gems available on this machine.
Run 'bundle install' to install missing gems.
So I run bundle install and get this
An error occured while installing json <1.8.1>, and Bundle cannot continue.
Make sure that 'gem install json -v '1.8.1' ' succeeds before bundling
what should be my next step to make sure ruby is up and running?
p.s. I also have XAMPP running on my computer, will this be a problem?
