Trouble Launching Console

I'm not able to launch a console. I get the same error everytime...

"Error We're Sorry. We're having trouble getting your computer set up. We are working on it right now. Please try again later."

I see in the forum that this has been an issue for others, but has be marked as resolved. Anyone know what is happening?

Adam, if you're using a Mac, I would recommend trying out your own console on your personal machine. It's almost identical but you get the added experience of navigating around and doing things on your own. Just search for and open the Terminal.
