What should scrum master do if there is new requirement from product owner during a sprint which is important.

If it's a critical bug patch, maybe the team, or a few members of the team need to break away from the sprint to hot patch whatever it is - they can than return to the sprint, and pick up where they left off, or pick up on another sprint backlog item.
But as the scrum master, it is important for this person to stand up for their team, and tell the product owner that if it's important, it should probably go to the number one slot of the product backlog (which the product owner gets to decide anyway), and it will be gotten to on the next sprint.
The reason why this type of development works so well is that reasonable boundaries are set, and if the scrum master allows those boundaries to be broken, than there is not point in following this ideology for software development.
