In one of the previous videos you explicitly distinguish 'methods' from 'tools'. This question asks about 'tools' for understanding context, the supposedly correct answer to this question is 'Awareness and Empathy'. The thing is, these are not 'tools', they are 'methods'.

23,997 PointsWell, i think the instructor treats them as 'tools' which must be intrinsic to the UXer who must use them to be able to figure out the best solution to target a user's needs or problems (talking about the UX world, ofcourse).
