That's a huge difference from the previous one!
A few suggestions
Your menu misspells *contact us
Stretched images indicate bad design. In portfolio, crop the image or change the thumbnail proportions so that you don't have to stretch the original images.
Use high quality graphics. On the bottom of homepage, you can clearly see grains because the images are too low-quality.
I appreciate that now the "contact us" stuff is not up at the top with big fonts, but now it's too blended in with the page. Change it to a button bar with a call for action.
The footer is really big for no reason.
Please keep it up. You'll get there!

4,293 PointsIt's a huge improvement. Although the site is almost an exact replica of the template. :P

11,031 PointsAdding on to this, I agree. Don't be afraid to play around with different layouts. Maybe a vertical nav menu, less columns, etc. Be creative!

6,592 PointsThanks everyone. Yes, I am using a template called zerofour html5. I decided this would be the best way for me to learn. I can adjust the html and css to give it some uniqueness. I've only got about an hour into it so far but I am starting to see the details that you see. Thank you so much for the feedback. I know that once I get past this "design" mental block, I will be able to develop amazing things.

32,861 PointsIf the window/screen is between 481-960px wide, your layout doesn't adapt correctly. Might wanna use some media queries to sort that out ;)
It's a big improvement from your last site though, even if it is a template. I would say from here you should focus on getting better looking sites for your portfolio.
BTW it's adviCe not adviSe.

5,625 PointsI am not able to access your new version of the website. But I would like to say that the overlap on the website texts and design is affecting the overall quality of the website. Although I am unable to see the newer version which you probably fixed, just pointing it out :)
