Tonemapping not listed in components

So i am using unity 5.5.2f1 and for some reason the aforementioned tonemapping isn't included. The entire image effects folder doesn't exist either. I guess it's not a big issue i would just like to know if there are any workarounds. Maybe writing the script myself?
