title custom field

I've been following the tutorial with the finished code, so I know it is not a coding issue. I've tried adding images but some things already look different from the tutorial. I don't seem to have a "Title" field (as it shows in minute 4:30), and when I add one, it doesn't recognize it and it saves my images to auto draft. Anybody can help me with this?

I was having the same issue. The solution was not related to Custom Fields. It was because I had to go into CPT UI, then Edit Post Types, scroll to the bottom to Supports and tick Title.

Hi Josefina,

In your Portfolio custom fields section (seen at 4:28 in the video) under the field list box at the top will be a Location box. Ensure that is set to Post Type equal to Portfolio. If that's ok, scroll down to the Options box and ensure the Title is not hidden. This will be determined by whether the checkbox is checked or not. Amend, save and recheck the Portfolio post type.
