C# C# Objects Inheritance Throwing Exceptions

Throwing Exceptions Video error "workspace is unavailable. If you are the owner visit treehouse" but nothing works.

I am simply trying to do what the instructor is doing in the video. He says to run the program, but when I hit the preview and Port 3000 key, I get the weird error that takes me back to treehouse. I just want to be able to run the program inside the launched workspace.
