I could be mistaken, but, if I remember correctly, most or all quiz answers and references you've requested above can be found when reading the video transcript for the class named "Print vs. The Web." Generally, I've found a quick read of transcripts better for gleaning answers for quizzes than listening a second or third time to a video.
