Could someone please explain me (using an example if possible) as I am trying for hours now Microsoft docs and going Jamie's video back and forth but I still do not get it . why we are using this inside MapLocation constructor

It gives you a way to access the object — and its properties — without knowing its name (and before the object even has a name assigned).
