Python Python Basics (2015) Python Data Types Use .split() and .join()

this is how i am printing print(menu.format(', '.join(sundaes))) i am getting error on join i think i missing somethin

this is working fine in workspace let me know what i miss :-(

available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white" sundaes=available.split(';') menu="Our available flavors are: {}." print(menu.format(', '.join(sundaes)))

You got 2 out of 3 right, and that's not bad at all! It's just that last little bit that you're missing and it looks like you sort of went overboard here. First, it doesn't ask you to print anything. Secondly, what you need to do can be done all on one line. Take a look at the line you need:

menu="Our available flavors are: {}.".format(', '.join(sundaes))
