There's a communications problem and I can't fix it.

Here's what the code should look like that will pass.

name = "Fat Albert"

Number one, challenges are super picky. If I take that same code but change it to this: 

Name = "Fat Albert"

... it fails the challenge. Always go with the assumption that everything here is case-sensitive.

Secondly, when you get the communication failed thing resist the urge to press one of the buttons they provide. Instead click the X to close the popup and get back to the challenge then click the button to check/recheck code. 9 times out of 10 this will solve the issue. Happy coding!
