When I open project on atom there is no readme.md file it's only showing up on github.com

78,020 Pointson GitHub ... on the top right, there is a button called "clone or download" ... there you can download the whole project and then just drag'n drop the file you want into your AtomWorkspace (in this case the readme.md) ... and the file will open ... but since md-files are just plain text files you can also open them in any text editor you want ... like Notepad for example ...
