The workspace I had did not save work, do I have to start rewriting all the CSS and HTML?

Just wondering if there was a way to catch up to the video workspace I am at on the intro to CSS without having to rewrite everything. I hit the launch workspace button and the CSS page is now completely blank.

Hi Nathan Williams, perhaps you're the right person to look into this separate but site-related issue. Since yesterday's workspace maintenance, all snapshot links that were created prior to the maintenance all link to valid but empty snapshots. Here is one example, but every snapshot I've checked (older than today) seem to be the same.

I have already rewritten it, but I was still wondering in case this happens again that the workspace is not saved if there was any way to have a reference or copy and paste as an option.

Hey Steven,

Yeah I believe this is due to the maintenance. We're running a background process now to hopefully straighten that out, but it's going to take a while, unfortunately.

As background, in order to keep the maintenance downtime minimal yesterday, we were working from a targeted list of workspaces that had been changed since the last sync, but it looks like some of them got missed based on mtime issues, so we're doing a full sync now to catch anything that was missed (but also skip anything on the new system that has been updated to avoid clobbering ongoing student work).

Regards,

Nathan W

Thanks for the update! Could this also be posted on the status page, along with a notice when it's complete?
