The video does not have sound. Other apps on my computer do.

I could not hear the instructor, so I tested my computer sound and noted that I could still hear when I use other apps. Does someone else have the same problem?

Is the video itself on mute? I've accidentally muted it before by pressing the down arrow.

(Up and down control volume, left and right quick skip in the video).

All green means volume is all the way up. All gray means volume is all the way down.
