212 PointsThe system keeps telling me to name my Thread to TwitterThread but in my codes I have already done that.
public class MainActivity extends Activity { TwitterClient twitterClient = new TwitterClient();
@Override
public void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
setContentView(R.layout.activity_main);
Runnable runnable = new Runnable() {
public void run() {
twitterClient.update();
}
};
Thread TwitterThread = new Thread(runnable);
TwitterThread.start();
}
}

@Override
public void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
setContentView(R.layout.activity_main);
Runnable runnable = new Runnable() {
public void run() {
twitterClient.update();
}
};
Thread TwitterThread = new Thread(runnable);
TwitterThread.start();
}
}

Treehouse TeacherHey Henry!
We're looking for you to use the 'setName' method to give your Thread a name:
public class MainActivity extends Activity {
TwitterClient twitterClient = new TwitterClient();
@Override
public void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
setContentView(R.layout.activity_main);
Runnable runnable = new Runnable() {
public void run() {
twitterClient.update();
}
};
Thread TwitterThread = new Thread(runnable);
TwitterThread.setName("TwitterThread"); // <--------
TwitterThread.start();
}
}
Hope that helps!
