The second link in Teacher's Notes is broken.... Possible suggestion?

Craig Dennis the second bulleted list item in the Additional Reading, under the Teacher's Notes does is a broken link. It is the one that says:

java.util.logging.Package

When clicked on, it goes to one of those typical 404 error pages with nothing on it. Was the original URL intended to be:
