The font-size is not changing when I use font-size: 0.9em;

After selecting unordered items from contact-info class, the font-size property is not working

css/main.css
.contact-info ul {
  font-size: 0.90em;
  margin: 0;
  padding: 0;
  list-style: none;
}

a {
  text-decoration: none;
}

#wrapper {
  max-width: 940px;
  margin: 0 auto;
}

#logo {
  text-align: center;
  margin: 0;
}

h1, h2 {
  color: #fff;
}

nav a {
  color: #fff;
}

nav a:hover {
  color: #32673f;
}

h1 {
  font-family: Changa One, sans-serif;
  font-size: 1.75em;
  font-weight: normal;
}

img {
  max-width: 100%;
}

#gallery {
  margin: 0;
  padding: 0;
  list-style: none;
}

#gallery li {
  float: left;
  width: 45%;
  margin: 2.5%;
  background-color: #f5f5f5;
  color: #bdc3c7;
}

nav ul {
  list-style: none;
  margin: 0 10px;
  padding: 0;
}

nav li {
  display: inline-block;
}

nav a {
  font-weight: 800;
  padding: 15px 10px;
}

.profile-photo {
  display: block;
  margin: 0 auto 30px;
      max-width: 150px;
  border-radius: 100%;
}

Hi there! There are a couple of different things going on here. You are correct, you have selected the ul from within the contact-info class. But what the challenge asks for is for you to select the ul with the contact-info class (which means a ul that is assigned the class contact info). Here's an example:

<div class="main-content">
    <p class="first-paragraph">Here's some content!<p>
</div>

This CSS would select the paragraph within "main-content":

.main-content p {
  color: red;
}

This CSS would select the paragraph with the class "first-paragraph" or assigned the class "first-paragraph":

p.first-paragraph {
  color: red;
}

Also, your new rule should be written at the bottom of the CSS file. Given the nature of CSS your new rule is being overwritten by the rules below it.

I hope this helps, but let me know if you're still stuck! :sparkles:
