166 PointsThe files are not showing up in Workspace after I drag and drop them. Why?
The video has instructed me to download files, highlight them, and drag and drop them into workspace. I've done this, but they aren't showing up on the side bar.

Courses Plus Student 10,163 PointsCould be that you didn't unzip them yet. I was confused for a second also. The files need to be unzipped before dragging them onto the workspace.

I don't know why it's not loading and I'm sure I can't help with that in particular.
Instead of uploading to the Workplace maybe you can use the Google CDN to link the normalize.css.
Just add this to the head of the document just before your own styles:
<link rel="stylesheet" src="//normalize-css.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/normalize.css" />
An alternative is open normilize.css with your text editor. Copy all the content, then paste it in a new normalize.css file created directly in the Workplace.
Hope it helps.
