Python Python Basics (2015) Logic in Python Membership

The exercise question in the Containment section doesn't seem to be working correctly.

time = 14 if time in store_hours: store_open = True else: store_open = False

but it errors out. No matter what I put.

store_open = None
store_hours = [9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18]
time = 16
if time in store_hours:
  print("True")
  store_open = True
else:
  print("False")
  store_open = False

Do not set time in your code. The challenge checker needs to set the value to evaluate your code correctly.

Found the answer. The variable should NOT be defined in the exercise. Bummer!
