The created email isn't responsive on Android anymore. Can you please provide the fix?

Downloading the source files and sending the final responsive email with inlined CSS via MailChimp results in an email that is non-responsive when viewed in Outlook on my Moto G Android running version 4.4.

What fixes are required to make this template responsive on Android?
