I am wondering what is the best free text editor for html css and Javascript possibly ruby as well but mainly those three first mentioned.
I am hoping for a good free one but if there is a good one that is paid for I am willing to invest in it..
I am hoping it will be very stable run under windows 10 and help with the nesting nature of html css etc... as well as aiding with the syntax and reserved words etc..
