Techdegree project submission

Is there still a "time lock" after you submit a project for tech degree? I mean, after I submit a project is there any limitation on when can I submit the next one?

You can submit a new project for review once every seven days. You can resubmit a project for re-review if you have gotten a Needs Work grade once every 24 hours.
