Hi. I've noticed that the HAVING link is the same as the GROUP BY link; click on HAVING takes you to the GROUP BY page.

I didn't see a separate page for HAVING on the MySql documentation site. It seems to be discussed in the context of other statement parts, so linking to the GROUP BY page seems appropriate in this case.
