Task Manager Software

Does anyone know of a good 'free' task manger software? I can remember there being one mentioned in a video here, but I can't locate it... The software allowed you to drag and drop team members in the projects. Thanks in advance. SK

Git is the only thing close to what you are describing that I remember.
