task 4 not moving forwards even after i am doing right thing ???

When you set the charset, you don't need spaces around the equal sign.

<meta charset="utf-8">

but is shoudnt matter ?

It does matter. I should have said "you cannot have spaces around".

You shouldn't have a space between the meta tag

<meta charset = "utf-8">

<meta charset="utf-8">//correct way
