The first part of the sentence is written oddly, but you're just using the same 'a' selection you made in task 2 to give a minimum height and a non-repeating background. Here's what your code should look like:

.contact-info a {
    display: block; 
    min-height: 20px;
    background-repeat: no-repeat;
