For the "return" to be considered part of the method, it needs to be indented one more step to line up with the assignment.

5,348 Pointshey Steven,
I have a question. what does this
power = int. __new__(*args, **kwargs)
and what do you mean with 'it needs to be indented one more step to line up with the assignment.'

231,268 PointsThat line creates the new "int" instance, and if you look at the original code you can see the "return" line is indented as much as the "def" line, but that means it is not part of the method. It needs to be indented more (as much as the assignment statement above it) so that it is part of the method.
