Syntax seems to be the problem

Can anyone show me the proper way to write this? Im pretty sure my issue is syntactical.

printer.py 
def printer(count):
  print("Hi "*{}.format(count))

You don't need format. Just multiply by count:

def printer(count):
  print("Hi " * count)
