2,521 PointsSyntax Error - task one interfering with completing task three
Hi, I'm having an issue with the last task - the objective is to concatenate a string and list. I am getting a somewhat correct output, but it's done incorrectly. Can someone advise where I misstepped?
available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white"
sundaes = available.split(";")
menu = "Our available flavors are: {}.".format(display_menu)
display_menu = ", ".join(sundaes)

5,742 Points1 available = "banana split;hot fudge;cherry;malted;black and white" 2 sundaes = available.split(";") 3 menu = "Our available flavors are: {}.".format(display_menu) 4 display_menu = ", ".join(sundaes)
in line 4 you define what display_menu is. in line 3 you use it!
python throws NameError: name 'display_menu' is not defined
try re-timing events and your code should sail! Have fun!
