You have a couple issues. Leave this property as it was with the braces. Replacing two braces with => wouldn't provide any benefit and as you found out doesn't work.

public double SideLength => get; private set; <- don't do this. Keep it with the braces.

This is the constructor and not a normal method. You can tell because it has no return type. Don't try to shorten it. Remove the => and add back the braces.

public Square(double sideLength) : base(4) => SideLength = sideLength;

Ok i made the changes but it still is not compiling correctly?

SQUARE.CS

namespace Treehouse.CodeChallenges { class Square : Polygon { public double SideLength { get; private set; }

    public double Area => get return SideLength * SideLength;

    public Square(double sideLength) : base(4)
    {
        SideLength = sideLength;
    }

    public void Scale(double factor) => SideLength *= factor;
}

}

POLYGON.CS

namespace Treehouse.CodeChallenges { class Square : Polygon { public double SideLength { get; private set; }

    public double Area => get return SideLength * SideLength;

    public Square(double sideLength) : base(4)
    {
        SideLength = sideLength;
    }

    public void Scale(double factor) => SideLength *= factor;
}

}

What am i missing now?

public double Area => get return SideLength * SideLength; <- remove get and return as they do not apply to this type of expression.

    public double Area => SideLength * SideLength;
