Switch to yearly subscription ?

I am currently on a paused free trial, but I picked the monthly subscription upon registration.

I would like to have the option of switching to yearly subscription before unpausing, but there doesn't seem to be an option for that.

Do I basically have to give up and create another account, and pick yearly subscription?

You can switch to annual subscription with the grey text "Switch to Annual Subscription" and the free trial won't be for the year.
