I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong or what the next step is. Should I be using x code during these tutorials or not at all?

You made the multiplication operator a String object let product = "(firstValue) "*" (secondValue)"

try 

let firstValue = 2
let secondValue = 5
let product = "\(firstValue) * \(secondValue)"
