I came across this question...What is the value of gameOver? let gameOver = !false.... and the answer is true but how?

Hi there! The ! is sometimes called the negation operator. It takes a true or false value and flips it to the opposite So !true is false and !false is true.

If you want to convert this to English, you could say it as " let gameOver be set to not false". And what is not false? There is only one alternative, and that is true. A condition can only be false or true.
