SVG update Project instruction on Logo Task step not clear

At a page width of less than 425 pixels, remove the text from the logo and add an H1 tag that contains the logo text.

The above task step is not clear i.e. is it remove <p> of logo and add another H1 Tag? There is already the following H1 tag "<h1> Pembroke Welsh Corgi </h1>" in the index.html
