How come when I export my logos as SVG they blow up? Has anyone had this issue?

Your image also looks a bit distorted. The roof, door and windows are a bit offset.
In Illustrator:
Are you saving it through "save for web" or save/save as svg?
Go into svg options try cranking up your decimal value. This is found under more option as you save or a ready option in the save for the web.

The decimal value did the trick.
