Suggestions for what service to use for online registration payments.

I have been asked to put together a website for a middle school sports program and they would like to be able to accept registration payments online. Before I start checking out services online I wondered if anyone had any suggestions.

Stripe is easy to get started with and has a flat rate of 2.9% and a processing fee of $0.30.

I haven't personally used BrainTree but they have a reduced rate for non-profits and also really complete documentation.
