13,792 PointsThe best way to my knowledge, would be to add <style></style> tags inside the <head> portion. Between those tags, just write as you would in CSS to make changes. Aside from that, you could add the style directly to the element in HTML (known as InLine Styling), but that method isn't commonly used anymore.
