Hey Noah,

You should use closing brackets when writing your CSS style tags and the declaration should end with a ; . Try this:

<body>
  <style>
         {color:blue;}
   </style>
<h1>
    Nick Pettit
</h1>

</body>

Look like your h1 tag is not closed. You also need to target the element you want to change.
<body> <style> h1 {color:blue;} </style> <h1> Nick Pettit </h1> </body>
